Silver Diner has locations in Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey.  They have a rewards program called Eat Well, Do Well.

From their website –

The Eat Well, Do Well club rewards active members with an extra special reward: A complimentary entrée for your birthday. To receive this special reward you must have a minimum of 3 visits per calendar year and have registered your account at least 30 days before the first day of your birthday month.  Example: If your birthday is July 1st you must register your card by June 1st.

Also – kids that are members of the Kids Club will receive a FREE Kids Birthday Entrée & Shake.

    My birthday is April 29th. My good friend’s birthday is April 28th and she already received her coupon, but I have not received mine. (As a matter of fact I don’t think I got mine for the last few years 🙁 )

    I will turn 75 on 14 July and have not received a birthday coupon.. My wife and I go to the Fair Lakes Silver Diner 3-4 times a week and sit at the counter because the server, Vinie, is superb at getting us food that hot, delicious and professionally served.

    Frequent patron at SD, did not see birthday entrée this March.
    Would love to have that option for my Birthday 3/31.
