I recently joined your birthday club for buffalo wild wings. I am 80 years old. I misplaced my birthday offer when it came in on my computer. When I tried to redeem it this week, they refused to accept it because it was late. Can I get it re-issued so I can try your restaurant? Thank you.

GH, I was disappointed as well. I signed up last year, got my free snack size in 2017. Just got my coupon for this year and it's $5 off $25. Exact same location. I deleted the email. Not worth going.

So I came in to Bdubs to get my free wings (birthday offer) and now they’re telling me that it’s not coming out in their system which is ridiculous, then why even bother if they’re not going to value it. I spoke to the manager and I told her I can even show you the email and she refused because it doesn’t come out in their system.
