  • Around me, McDonald's gives out free Egg McMuffins for breakfast and free Quarter Pounders with Cheese after breakfast is over.

  • I work at McDonald's (though franchised) and they want nothing to do with giving things away for free. The refuse to do anything birthday related. My dad works as the General Manager in the corporate side of McDonald's and he hasn't heard of this.

    The McDonald's by me gives food away like CRAZY! Sometimes they give food away just for going through the drive thru. It is a corporate owned store and it is VERY busy!
