I didn't receive my birthday card either
I was really disappointed because I didn't receive a birthday card or my free gift this year. That is one of the highlights of my day.

I never received my birthday card or certificate for a gift. Why did this stop? Really a shame. It was a nice perk for people that shop there as often as I do.
