I thought I joined the Birthday Club last year, birthday July 15, 1946. Pat Gresh, waiting on
my coupon. I just want to check on this to see if I joined correctly.
Free breakfast should include coffee
Hi: So sad because I was looking for my birthday club coupon for a free breakfast. My birthday was yesterday 10/25.
I have received the coupon in the past & wonder what happened.
At perkins now and never got my coupon and I tried to rejoin but it wouldn't let me and no free breakfast kinda pissed
I don't agree with the Perkins requirement that I have to submit a phone number for their birthday coupon. Email or address should be enough.
I signed up for Birthday club 2016 i had to do the exact thing I am doing again now ASKING what happened to the email offer for free birthday which as of Today 11/13/17 I did not recieve it. I live in Estero Florida

We are in Perkins frequently and used to get coupons, etc. My husband and I have birthdays in September and October and realized we no longer receive the coupons. Did our membership run out? I tried to sign up again, but received an answer that said another person was signed up with our email address. We share the same email and I don't remember which one of had been signed up before. So I guess only one of us will get a free breakfast (if we are still members.)
