The Eat Well, Do Well club rewards active members with an extra special reward: A complimentary entrée for your birthday. To receive this special reward you must have a minimum of 3 visits per calendar year and have registered your account at least 30 days before the first day of your birthday month. Example: If your birthday is July 1st you must register your card by June 1st.
Also – kids that are members of the Kids Club will receive a FREE Kids Birthday Entrée & Shake.

My birthday is April 29th. My good friend's birthday is April 28th and she already received her coupon, but I have not received mine. (As a matter of fact I don't think I got mine for the last few years :( )
I will turn 75 on 14 July and have not received a birthday coupon.. My wife and I go to the Fair Lakes Silver Diner 3-4 times a week and sit at the counter because the server, Vinie, is superb at getting us food that hot, delicious and professionally served.
