I have lost my free birthday meal certificate that I have used for several years. How do I replace it?
Yesterday afternoon one of your employees told me to submit this information. I filled out an application quite awhile ago and received an email from you on my cell phone. I lost it and called yesterday. He told me to submit comment and make a reservation. i made a reservation with him yesterday for Wed May 17th at 545pm for a party of two. My birthday is May 1st and yr 1944. I will bring my license with me. Any questions about this....my phone nbr is XXX XXX-XXXX. We found out about the Bday when we had Thanksgiving Dinner with you. I have a coupon for free birthday dinner. My birthday was October 27 and I had reservation on the 27 at San tan village location. Unfortunately I broke my hip and femur on October 24. Had surgery on the 25th and will be in rehab facility for a few more weeks. Can I redeem my coupon in December?
