I would be careful with a Nova Rebate. I did one in the past and it took well over 8 months to get my rebate returned to me. They are impossible to get a hold via telephone and very difficult to contact via email. Their online chat tool doesn't ever work either. I would honestly say let this one go or scan/copy everything and stay on them until you get refunded.
