While speaking with IKEA customer service today, I was told that this offer is sent out randomly and not guaranteed to IKEA family members.
I received an email with a birthday reward then it disappeared. Cannot find it anywhere in my old, trash or deleted email. Disappointed.

I was born October 28th and would like my free $15. coupon. I have not received it thru my email yet.
ruth allen. it would have been sent the beginning of october because they give you an entire month to redeem. also as i was speaking to an ikea employee. they are randomly sending out to ikea family members which those that have made purchases & scanned their member cards are more likely to receive the bday coupon. hope this helps

Just got the phone with Ikea customer service. The Ikea customer birthday meal has ended months ago, like 6 months ago in 2021. Just a crummy free sugary yogurt now, that nobody wants.
I never received a $10 reward, or yogurt for my Birthday? It says my email is already entered, then wondering how I get these rewards, as my Birthday is this month on the 22nd. Thank you
