If I submitted a claim for the rebate (7/3/19-7/3/20) would I be eligible to submit a new claim for this rebate (7/3/20-7/3/21)?

FYI, the company doesn't consider this a rebate. It is a money back guarantee if you don't like the product. They have even followed up with further mailings to me with paperwork to fill out as to what was wrong with the product. This shouldn't be listed as a rebate.
THEY ALSO REFUSE TO HONOR THE REBATE WITH EXCUSES LIKE THE DATE OR UPC WAS NOT INCLUDED.I INDEED INCLUDED BOTH AND HAVE A COPY OF MY SUBMISSION.
