I am sure the brownie is with purchase of an entree, otherwise I didn't get it. Chili's has never given me anything free.

Used the birthday reward. Wasn't a brownie sundae only a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I didn't even bother eating it. So disappointed!

Golden corral and texas longhorn gives full meals and we don't even eat there as much as we do at chili's
The only resturant freebies I get on my birthday that are worth anything is at Hooters, you get 10 free wings.. and buffalo wild wing you get a free snak pack. Firehouse subs, you get a free medium sub, Panera a free desert and Dusties you eat for free.. Hope i was helpful...
