    I am sure the brownie is with purchase of an entree, otherwise I didn’t get it. Chili’s has never given me anything free.

    Used the birthday reward. Wasn’t a brownie sundae only a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I didn’t even bother eating it. So disappointed!

    Is that all chili’s can afford is a cup cake.
    Golden corral and texas longhorn gives full meals and we don’t even eat there as much as we do at chili’s

    The only resturant freebies I get on my birthday that are worth anything is at Hooters, you get 10 free wings.. and buffalo wild wing you get a free snak pack. Firehouse subs, you get a free medium sub, Panera a free desert and Dusties you eat for free.. Hope i was helpful…

    I am having a hard time signing in for my rewards, it tells me that I’m registered with the table device, that I need to register through my mobile phone..WT. It should not be a difference. I’ve tried and tried, please help. I have not been able to accumulate points due to this problem.

    I am very disappointed. I came to get my dessert for my birthday and was told they couldn’t honor it. I purchased meal .

    Yes I was disappointed also. Went there to get my free dessert for my birthday, they said I have to BUY an entree. Didn’t say that when I looked at my rewards. False advertising!
