Top Cash back is HORRIBLE!! Absolute nightmare to work with. They can't keep their records straight, can't keep referral bonuses straight------nothing!!! I'm still trying to "cash out" and it's been over 1 month---not a dime!! My sister and two nieces are having the sane problems!! I'd advise not to do it, unless you truly want the blanket cuz chances are you aren't going to get any money ever from Top Cash!!
