  • Thanks for the great recommendations. I thought I had tried just about every travel app out there, but Kayak is new to me. I will have to download it and try it out after I get home from my shift at DISH tonight. Another app I would recommend for your list is the DISH Remote Access app. I can use it to stream live TV or any DVR recordings from my Hopper DVR to my tablet anywhere I can get a good internet connection. I have it on my Nexus 7 and I can’t count how many times it has come in handy. There have been several occasions where I have been stuck waiting out weather delays at the airport and the only thing that helped save my sanity was the distraction provided by watching TV.
