Pancho’s Tex-Mex has 2 locations in New York – Pancho’s Border Grill and Pancho’s Cantina.  If you join them to celebrate your birthday within three days (before or after) of your actual birthday with proof of birthdate (drivers license, birth certificate, etc.), they will give you a FREE $10 discount  off your bill ($5 off for kids).

They call it a “birthday club” although it appears that you do not need to register, you just have to show up at the restaurant with your ID to take advatnage of this FREE Birthday Offer.
