- The Premium Birthday Ticket is a benefit for Sapphire, Gold, and Platinum Level Members. Your Premium birthday ticket will automatically be placed in your account 7 days before your birthday. The Premium birthday ticket will be valid for 7 days before and up to 7 days following your birthday. You may redeem it by booking your ticket online or over the phone. Members who are opted-in to receive email communications from iPic, will receive an email alerting them to check their membership account to redeem the Premium birthday ticket. Premium Birthday Tickets are not emailed. If a Member has opt-ed out of email communications, a reminder email will not be sent. It is the Members responsibility to check their account to redeem their Premium ticket during the valid period. iPic is not responsible for emails not read or received.
