It cannot be combined with any Tuesday deals or with a Special Offer items, but is available both online and in-store. In order to be eligible you must be a MySlice member with your birthday on file and have a visit recorded on your account before your birthday. The reward will be automatically added to your account and you will receive an email notifying you of the reward. At the moment the program is only active at participating locations.

Previous poster is right — I just got the email and it says: “we’ll give you fresh, homemade Cookie Dough free with the purchase of any pizza.” But I am still excited about this! Love Papa Murphy’s!! 🙂
