DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. The rebate paper says they will not accept receipts from resellers or distributors, so you have to buy it directly from the company. I think. Please correct me if I’m wrong!!

I am looking for a free kitten up to 1 year old or so. A cat that has a white chest and paws.
The rebate form says you can buy from many sellers such as amazon, walmart, etc. The rebate can be completed online, which I would think is the fastest way.
