Menards rebates are in the form of in store credit vouchers. They so come pretty quickly and they are quite easy to fill out. A rebate receipt will print along with your regular receipt when you make the purchase. Then you simply go to the Menards website to print out the appropriate form which is listed on the rebate receipt. There is no need to cut out UPC codes. Just send the rebate receipt along with the filled out rebate form.
