I have signed up in the restaurant and online several times over the last 2 years NEVER to receive a gift.

I can’t sign up. It requires a favorite location but the drop down box does not have any locations to choose from. The first section does but the 2nd step for name and address does not snd it won’t let you submit until you pick a location.
