Panera Bread has a program called MyPanera which is their rewards program.  There’s also a MyPanera app.

For your birthday you will get a FREE Reward! Some of your choices include – Chocolate Chipper Cookie, Bear Claw, Cranberry Orange Muffin, Pecan Braid

    Yep They would not even help me at the Panera Bread in Garner. Just spent 12 for lunch. I spoke with the manager too. Showed her receipt and it was my Birthday. They just lost a customer . Guess they just don’t care. Might as well replace service staff with kiosks.

    I tried correcting my account info and it is telling me my card number is incorrect. I don’t understand why it isn’t accempting it.

    I have my Panera bread member card and I’m filling it out but for some reason when it comes to registering my birthday it won’t let me fill it in . What am I doing wrong possibly?
