I have been trying to track this down as well. Several members in my family, including myself have not received any birthday certificates in over a year and we each have a separate email accounts. I have been trying to track this down with the parent company J Alexanders. The restaurant has fantastic food and service and really loved the birthday/anniversary promotions in the past.
