NOTE – One of the rebates is valid through 12/31/19. If you have taken advantage of this offer in the past, be certain you have not already submitted this rebate.
Copy all forms/materials. This company is beyond difficult to get the rebate back on. It took many months longer than most rebates take and constant emailing (and a better business bureau complaint). They didn’t take any action until the complaint.
Thanks for the advice and heads up Peter – FreebieTim
This was the most difficult, actually unbelievable, rebate form I have ever seen. Ever jump through hoops to get your money back? Ok, but You ain’t seen nothing yet… Up for a challenge? go ahead!! OR, do you rely on getting your money back? Then don’t even try this one. Other rebates will come along, but this one will burn you out, and likely cost you real money. Thank you.
I wrote a comment about this rebate on March 18 (see above or below). I still have not received my rebate checks, and it has been “processing” for 4 months. Maybe I’ll do what Peter had to do. The BBB will prompt them to move faster.
They are continually difficult to get rebates from. Make sure you are persistent and you will get them. Better to call than to e-mail, as e-mail will get you nowhere. They claim they don’t receive your e-mails. Several times there was a “glitch” in the system. Other times they said I sent in the wrong UPC which they said would have taken care of itself. Yeah, right. Another time they said I sent it in too late, but it turned out there were two postmarks on the envelope. I think they stamped one themselves, though I did get the rebate. Some numbers to call: 800-564-9309, 800-395-6683, and fax: 951-656-1204. Be persistent! Don’t let them wear you down!
