Hi After reading the rebate for the Spark Innovation Instant Trainer Leash , it is only valid in Canada
Thanks Steve – I just finished a chat with Tiger Direct customer service and was told that the rebate was indeed valid in both the US and Canada. I would, however, chat with them yourself so that you can have a record of the chat as proof. Sorry for the confusion. FreebieTim

I just got the leash and you cannot fill out the rebate completely. It will only take a Canadian address/ state /country.
Call Tiger Direct. 1-800-888-6111 There are a couple of rebates that I came across that said that and they said it was valid for both US and Canada. They can tell you how to proceed. Sorry for the confusion. FreebieTim
