This is another tricky offer from Office Depot. In my Rewards account I discovered that the blue ink, medium point qualified for the rewards, but the black ink fine point did not. I was a bit quick with the manager, because there was nothing to distinguish what qualified and what didn’t, and he basically said corporate tries to trick you into buying the wrong ones so they can pay less in rewards. I did the exchange and got the correct ones, but now I need to call the toll free number so they will apply my new purchase to my rewards account.
