Where are the rebate forms for this?
There are no forms. This is a rewards offer and you have to have an Office Depot Rewards account that is applied when you make the purchase. You will then be issued a reward for the purchase at a later date to redeem in at Office Depot.
I know this deal is expired, but I was wondering if Office Depot allows you to make the purchase using earned rewards certificates when they have these “free after rewards deals”

I do not believe that they will credit you a reward for a purchase that you redeemed a reward as a form of payment.
